About the Role

The Candidate Success Executive - TA/HR will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, and managing interview logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders.
• Provide clear instructions, status updates, and interview-related information to candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
• Manage interview logistics, including meeting coordination and video conferencing arrangements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Facilitate interview feedback collection and follow-ups.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of interview coordination processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives by delivering a professional candidate experience.
• Handle candidate communication with professionalism and attention to detail.
