About the Role

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Anubhav Vacations, you will be based out of Bangalore and play a crucial role in supporting the Bombay office while driving business growth within the Bangalore geography.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with the head office in Mumbai to create events in Bangalore where presentations can be made, ultimately improving the business in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Bombay office in driving business growth within the Bangalore geography.
• Collaborate with the head office in Mumbai to create events in Bangalore for presentations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve business in Bangalore.
• Build relationships with local stakeholders and partners to drive business growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Anubhav Vacations' products and services in Bangalore.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth and success.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or higher degree in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Business Administration, Travel and Tourism).
• Experience in the travel industry, preferably in sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Kannada and Marathi languages, along with proficiency in English.
• Understanding of the local market space and ability to analyze market trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
