E2E tester

About the Role

In this role as an End-to-End (E2E) tester, you will be responsible for testing software applications from start to finish, ensuring that they meet the required standards and are free from defects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and report defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality software products that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure that software applications meet the required standards.
• Identify and report defects in software applications, providing detailed information about the issue, including steps to reproduce and expected results.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects, providing feedback on fixes and re-testing to ensure that issues are fully resolved.
• Develop and maintain testing scenarios and data flow validation scripts to ensure that software applications are thoroughly tested.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure that software applications meet customer expectations.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and other testing activities to ensure that software applications are ready for release.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in E2E testing, and apply this knowledge to improve testing processes and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in E2E testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, CRM, and APIs, with experience in integration testing and data flow validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and report defects in software applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in E2E testing, such as ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certification, are a plus.
