ServiceNow Developer- ORC and VR

About the Role

As a ServiceNow Developer for ORC (Operational Risk and Compliance) and VR (Vendor Risk) at APN consulting Group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to manage and mitigate operational risks and vendor risks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop customized ServiceNow configurations to meet those needs.

Day-to-day, you will spend most of your time working on ServiceNow Studio, writing JavaScript code, and configuring ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) modules. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all developed solutions meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions for ORC and VR using ServiceNow Studio and JavaScript.
• Configure ServiceNow GRC modules to manage and mitigate operational risks and vendor risks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop customized ServiceNow configurations.
• Ensure that all developed solutions meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Collaborate with the Agile delivery team to ensure that ServiceNow solutions are aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of ServiceNow code.
