Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a revenue-related role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with healthcare management principles and regulations, including HIPAA and ICD-10.
