MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE

About the Role
As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key customers. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and market share for the company's products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Provide product information and training to healthcare professionals, including product features, benefits, and clinical trials.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including new products, technologies, and regulatory changes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any field (B.Pharm, M.Sc. in Pharmaceutics, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and sales processes.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
