About the Role
As a Telesales Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products and services. Your primary goal will be to convert these leads into sales, thereby contributing to the growth of our business.
You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate deals. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in effectively conveying the value proposition of our offerings and addressing customer queries.
This role requires a high level of energy, persistence, and adaptability, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and targets to meet.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Skills & Qualifications
- Domestic Calling: Proficiency in making outbound calls to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Ability to identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Wiring: Familiarity with wiring and electrical systems (not necessarily hands-on experience).
- Computer Knowledge: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Outbound Cold Calling: Experience in making cold calls to potential customers.
- Communication Skill: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant sales certifications, such as CRM or sales training programs.
