Business Analyst

About the Role

As a Business Analyst at Artech L.L.C., you will be working closely with various business areas to analyze data, identify trends, and suggest improvements. Your primary focus will be on reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

You will be responsible for working with company data, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining a competitive market knowledge. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and report key business metrics to stakeholders, including sales, revenue, and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
• Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure effective allocation and utilization.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop proposals for process enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, finance, or economics.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Japanese language proficiency, with certification in N1, N2, N3, N4, or N5.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership-building.
