Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across business functions in our manufacturing plant.

The role involves collecting, analyzing, validating, and reporting data from ERP, HRMS, Google Sheets, and other operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Management: Consolidate data from ERP, HRMS, Google Sheets, and other business systems.
• Maintain and update master data records.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems.
• Perform data validation and identify discrepancies.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze operational, production, HR, inventory, procurement, and business performance data.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support management with ad-hoc data analysis requests.
• ERP & HRMS Coordination: Work with users to ensure proper utilization of ERP and HRMS systems.
• Assist in data migration, master data updates, and system data verification.
• Coordinate with software vendors and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Support ERP and HRMS integration initiatives.
• Business Support: Support Production, HR, Procurement, Stores, and Finance teams with data requirements.
• Track operational KPIs and business performance indicators.
• Assist management in decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
