About the Role
As a Counter Sales professional at As Motors, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best possible solutions. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets, while ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer preferences, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of sales transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by effectively communicating with customers and providing them with the right products.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of As Motors' products, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records of sales transactions to ensure efficient stock management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth, develop sales strategies, and implement plans to achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and sales performance to inform future sales strategies and improve customer relationships.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of sales principles, with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
