QA Engineer

About the Role

As a QA Engineer at Ascendion, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of healthcare data processing systems. Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute test cases for encounter data processing, member enrollment, and provider data management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and develop automation frameworks to improve test efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for encounter data processing, member enrollment, and provider data management.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using TOSCA, Robot Framework, and Edifecs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on rejections and state/CMS edit failures.
• Lead reconciliation between source claims and submitted encounters.
• Own API/integration test design across CRM, ESB, and InterOps.
• Validate FHIR R4/HL7 exchanges and CMS interoperability API conformance.
