About the Role
As an Executive N - Retail Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base in the Vizag region. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet business objectives, managing dealer relationships, and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and provide insights to inform sales decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives and expand the customer base in the Vizag region.
- Manage dealer relationships, including onboarding new dealers, providing training and support, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide insights to inform sales decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, and provide insights to inform sales decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer bases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with dealers and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with sales reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of the paint and coatings industry, with a focus on the Vizag region.
