About the Role
As a Relationship Manager - Transactions at AssetNX, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be on managing real estate transactions, navigating complex registration processes, and fostering strong partnerships with builders and brokers. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and brokers to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
- Manage real estate transactions from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Navigate complex real estate registration processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote AssetNX's services and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, registration processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and brokers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field (optional).
