About the Role

As an Accounts Executive at Atiya Herbs, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely invoicing and reconciliation. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
• Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement cost-saving measures to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments from customers.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity in financial systems and reports.
• Assist in month-end closing and year-end audit processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• 1-4 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
