About the Role
As a Billing Executive at Aurafox Solutions Private Limited, you will be responsible for managing billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will work closely with stakeholders to resolve any billing-related issues and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including billing history and payment details.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Responsible for accounts receivable, including following up on outstanding payments and resolving any billing-related issues.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track billing performance and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any billing-related issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in the development and implementation of billing processes and procedures.
- Provide support to the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and visualization.
- Strong research skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new billing systems and processes.
