About the Role
This Junior Associate Digital Transformation role involves supporting the company's digital transformation initiatives by analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing workflow automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, configure and test workflow automation solutions, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue tracking.
With a focus on AI and automation, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies, and contribute to the company's mission to drive digital transformation and improve business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business process mapping and documentation to identify areas for improvement and optimize business operations.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements to ensure accurate and effective workflow automation solutions.
- Help configure and test workflow automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms to streamline business processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes using AI and automation to drive business efficiency and productivity.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track issues to ensure high-quality workflow automation solutions.
- Prepare process flow diagrams, SOPs, and project documents to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in creating user guides and training materials to support the adoption of new workflow automation solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech (Any Stream), BBA, BCA, or MBA degree from a recognized institution.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Visio.
- Understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
- Exposure to Power Platform, ServiceNow, or similar low-code tools is preferred.
- Working awareness of AI tools for productivity, automation, and efficiency (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, AI Builder).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Quick learner with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Interest in AI and digital transformation.
