Data Analyst

About the Role

AVI-SPL is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for downloading and consolidating operational data from multiple in-house systems, validating data integrity, and reconciling information across multiple internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Download and consolidate operational data from multiple in-house systems on a weekly cadence.
• Process, validate, and clean data in Excel to a very high standard.
• Reconcile datasets against operational calendars and other source systems.
• Maintain and update project/work-order data, including project actuals, internal hours, and external costs.
• Prepare structured data for further analysis.
• Produce new excel reports as required.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and recurring data-quality issues.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in data, finance, business operations, analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including PivotTables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
• Experience supporting project or operational workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
