About the Role
We are seeking a Data Entry Operator to join our team at Ayaan Autonomous Systems Private Limited in Pune.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain purchase transactions in Tally
- Create and update purchase orders (POs) in coordination with the purchase team
- Record purchase invoices, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and supplier details in Tally
- Maintain and update vendor accounts and purchase registers
- Assist the Purchase team with data entry and documentation

- Tally ERP proficiency
- MS-Excel skills
