About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential clients, businesses, and corporate offices to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers through field visits, networking, referrals, and local market research.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers to understand their business requirements.
• Present and demonstrate the company's products/services, highlighting how they address client needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and timely support.
• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and daily field visits using the company's CRM or reporting tools.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the internal sales and support teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
