Accounting and Management Information Specialist

About the Role

As an Accounting and Management Information Specialist at BACHOOMAL SONS, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and analyzing data to inform business decisions. You will also be involved in managing inventory, ensuring statutory compliance, and generating MIS reports to support management's decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
• Develop and generate MIS reports to provide insights into business performance and trends.
• Conduct data analysis to identify areas of improvement and inform business decisions.
• Manage inventory levels, track inventory movements, and ensure accurate inventory valuations.
• Ensure statutory compliance with regards to financial reporting and taxation.
• Develop and implement processes to improve financial reporting and analysis.
• Provide support to management in decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial information.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in ERP software, specifically Tally ERP.
• Excellent MS Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and statutory compliance.
