About the Role

As an Associate Full Stack Developer at Bain, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using full stack technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack web applications using technologies such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and databases like MySQL or MongoDB.
• Collaborate with the product team to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure that code is maintainable, efficient, and scalable.
• Work with the QA team to identify and resolve defects in the application.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for the application.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in full stack development.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of full stack development concepts, including front-end and back-end development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and databases like MySQL or MongoDB.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in full stack development.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
