## Role Overview:-

As an Associate – Financial Services, you will work with Bain’s Financial Services Centre of Expertise (FS CoE), supporting global case teams, proposals, client development initiatives, and intellectual property creation. You will perform research, analytics, survey analysis, and build insights to help clients across banking, insurance, payments, wealth management, and fintech sectors.

• B.Com / BBA / BBM

• B.E / B.Tech

• MBA / PGDM

• M.Com

• M.E / M.Tech

• Or equivalent degree with a strong academic record

## Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Support global case teams, proposals, and client development projects

• Conduct open-ended research and create industry point-of-views

• Analyze trends, challenges, and market developments in Financial Services

• Perform survey analytics and generate actionable insights

• Create client-ready presentations and dashboards

• Use analytical tools and data sources to answer business questions

• Structure findings and communicate insights effectively

• Recommend solutions and actionable next steps for clients

• Build and maintain thought leadership, IP, and data assets

• Collaborate with managers and project leaders to deliver high-quality outputs

## Experience Requirements:-

• Graduates:2–5 years of relevant experience in Banking, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, Payments, FinTech, or related Financial Services sectors.

• Postgraduates:0–3 years of relevant experience in Financial Services domains.

## Preferred Skills:-

• Hands-on experience with industry research and market scans

• Knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, Python, or R

• Experience creating sector reports and survey analytics

• Strong interest in Financial Services and consulting

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and solve complex business problems
