- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.

Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer queries and complaints.
- B2B Sales: Ability to identify sales opportunities and meet targets, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling loan products.
- Certification in Customer Service or Sales: A certification in customer service or sales can be beneficial in this role.
- Graduate Degree: A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred, with a focus on business or finance.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Call Handling: Experience in handling customer calls and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
