Skills & Qualifications

• Certification in Customer Service or Sales: A certification in customer service or sales can be beneficial in this role.
• Graduate Degree: A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred, with a focus on business or finance.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
