About the Role
As a Sales Executive at Santosh Laboratories, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and negotiate sales deals. Your primary focus will be on chemical sales, where you will work with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Conduct market research to stay informed about customer needs and market conditions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical industry
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics
