UI and UX designer Fresher

About the Role

As a UI and UX designer fresher at BiCSoM, you will be responsible for designing rule-breaking mobile applications, web applications, websites, Progressive Web apps, IoT design solutions, and Voice solutions using practices of User experience design and User interface design.

Our products are used by a large number of users across the globe, and we take pride in wearing 'Made with love in India' on our sleeves.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing user-centered products using principles of User experience design and User interface design.
• Creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, and designing UI screens using Figma.
• Conducting user research interviews and creating design mood boards.
• Developing complex design systems using Figma and documenting design work based on style guides and design components.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure design handover to developers is smooth and efficient.
• Conducting end-to-end UI testing for mobile applications or websites.

Skills & Qualifications

• Domain knowledge of UX and UI, including Information architecture, empathy map creation, user research, user interviews, and design handoff to developers.
• Expertise in English language.
• Ability to explain design decisions and come up with out-of-the-box design solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work individually or as part of a team.
• Thorough understanding of design principles, including Information architecture, Microcopies, Typography, Material design systems, Cupertino design system, Visual designs, icons, and illustrations.
• Comfortable with Figma and other design tools.
• Knowledge of design systems and style guides.
• Ability to document design work and collaborate with developers.
