Logistics Picker / Packer

About the Role

As a Logistics Picker / Packer at Blink It, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and processing orders to ensure timely delivery to customers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing inventory, receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
• Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock as required.
• Process shipments, including labeling, packaging, and loading goods for transportation.
• Conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
• Identify and report any issues with inventory, shipments, or equipment to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with inventory control principles and practices.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of freight forwarding and transportation regulations.
