AI Developer - Intern

About the Role

BlitzenX is a specialized insurance technology and transformation partner helping P&C insurance carriers modernize core systems, accelerate delivery, and adopt AI-driven solutions.

This internship is designed for builders who want hands-on experience developing real-world AI applications, automation platforms, and intelligent agents.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Develop agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems
• Create REST APIs and backend services that integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms
• Work with vector databases, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering frameworks
• Assist in developing internal AI accelerators and automation tools
• Participate in product development initiatives across AI and insurance technology solutions
• Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate practical business use cases
• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and product teams

What You'll Need

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Related Engineering discipline
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals
• BASIC knowledge of: Machine Learning, Generative AI, APIs, Web Services, Databases, Git
