Tele-Sales Executive (voice Process) - Fresher

About the Role
As a Tele-Sales Executive in the voice process, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers, negotiating deals, and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth for Blue Rose Publishers by identifying new business opportunities and converting them into sales. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor your sales approach accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to discuss their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert them into sales.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong client relationship-building skills.
- English proficiency (spoken and written) and Hindi proficiency (spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business or Marketing).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (fresher candidates with relevant skills and education will also be considered).
