IN-Technical Consultant
Job Description
About the Role
In this role as an IN-Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing reported incidents and problems for applications and infrastructure components, assessing patterns, making recommendations, and implementing monitoring solutions.
You will also be working with Data Network Management Systems, monitoring, managing, and reporting on their performance.
Additionally, you will provide daily status reports and ticket updates, and be involved in Level 1 and 2 support analysis, resolution, and escalation of contact center incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze reported incidents and problems for applications and infrastructure components, assessing patterns and making recommendations.
- Implement monitoring solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Monitor, manage, and report on Data Network Management Systems performance.
- Provide daily status reports and ticket updates to stakeholders.
- Support Level 1 and 2 analysis, resolution, and escalation of contact center incidents.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert advice and guidance.

- Previous experience in a customer support role.
