Purchase & Loyalty Program Executive
About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities:
1. Handle day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.
2. Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
3. Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
4. Compare quotations and negotiate with suppliers for the best rates.
5. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse teams.
6. Follow up with vendors regarding pending materials and deliveries.
7. Maintain vendor database and purchase documentation.
8. Manage and coordinate loyalty program activities and customer engagement.
9. Maintain loyalty customer data, points records, and program updates.
10. Coordinate with customers regarding loyalty benefits, offers, and queries.
11. Work closely with sales and marketing teams for loyalty campaigns and promotions.
12. Coordinate with accounts team for invoice verification and payment processing.
