About the Role

As a Java Backend Developer at BrightHush, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our software applications using Java. You will work closely with the cross-functional team to ensure seamless integration of features and resolve technical issues. Your primary focus will be on building scalable, efficient, and reliable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Java-based backend applications using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Java and Spring Boot technologies to improve application performance and security.
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure smooth deployment and testing of applications.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Java programming language and its ecosystem.
