About the Role

As a Social Media Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the online presence of our company through various social media platforms. This includes creating and scheduling engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and analyzing social media metrics to optimize our online strategy.

You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and engage with followers on social media.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize our online strategy.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • Experience with graphic design and content creation, including video editing and photography.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in social media marketing or a related field is a plus.
