About the Role
As an International Business Development Executive in Sustainability Services, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients across various geographies to promote the company's training and certification solutions. This role involves building relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across domestic and international markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target clients.
- Pitch company training and certification solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop business development strategies and execute sales plans.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to stay up-to-date on industry developments and client needs.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress and pipeline performance to management.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and client needs.
