About the Role
As an HRBP Intern in the Trust & Safety team, you will support the HR Business Partner in designing and executing employee engagement, wellness, and diversity initiatives for a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment. Your day‑to‑day work will involve coordinating events, managing HR data, and facilitating communication between staff and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute wellness programs, recognition events, and team‑building activities tailored to the Trust & Safety workforce.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and internal communications for cultural celebrations and diversity initiatives.
- Attend HRBP meetings, 1:1 check‑ins, and focus groups; document minutes, track action items, and ensure follow‑up.
- Engage employees through 1:1 catch‑ups and focus groups to gather feedback, address concerns, and direct them to appropriate resources.
- Maintain HR databases, schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and generate accurate reports while safeguarding confidentiality.
- Support internal communication efforts to keep staff informed about HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
- Assist with administrative employee queries and tasks, ensuring timely resolution.
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Experience with data handling and basic spreadsheet analysis (e.g., pivot tables, charts).
- Knowledge of SAFe principles or exposure to Agile frameworks is advantageous.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
