About the Role
As an Amazon Connect Developer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Amazon Connect solutions to enhance customer service experiences. This role involves implementing Amazon Connect Contact Lens functionalities, integrating Amazon Connect with other AWS services, and developing and optimizing applications using Python and NodeJS.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Amazon Connect solutions to improve customer service experiences.
- Implement Amazon Connect Contact Lens functionalities to replace Verint.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Amazon Q, and Bedrock.
- Develop and optimize applications using Python and NodeJS.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for deploying Amazon Connect and other AWS services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Amazon Connect and other integrated services.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Amazon Connect Developer or similar role with expertise in Amazon Connect and Lex.
- Strong proficiency in Python and NodeJS.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Amazon Q, and Bedrock.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
