About the Role
As a Customer Care Representative at Career craft HR solutions Consultancy, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
You'll work closely with the team to resolve customer complaints, provide product information, and handle customer feedback.

- Proficiency in Hindi and English languages, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Degree in any field from a recognized university.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Basic problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
