About the Role

As a Founder's Office Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in building and scaling new business units for an e-commerce brand in Bengaluru. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategic execution, cross-functional collaboration, and on-ground operations to drive business growth and improvement.

You will be responsible for visiting vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless execution of supply chain and operational activities. Additionally, you will identify challenges proactively, find solutions, and implement them without waiting for direct instructions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the COO in building and scaling new business units, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Work across departments (marketing, operations, product, finance) to execute key projects and drive results.
  • Visit vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the seamless execution of supply chain and operational activities.
  • Identify challenges proactively, find solutions, and implement them without waiting for direct instructions.
  • Streamline workflows, remove inefficiencies, and create scalable processes to improve business performance.
  • Conduct research, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for better decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Problem-solving ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex business challenges.
  • Process Optimization: Ability to streamline workflows, remove inefficiencies, and create scalable processes to improve business performance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working across departments (marketing, operations, product, finance) to execute key projects and drive results.
  • Negotiation Skills: Confidence in vendor discussions and external partnerships.
  • Strong degree in Business Administration or related field: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable working in ambiguity with a bias for action.
