About the Role

As a Brand Strategist at Cerkle, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding micro-influencers across various college campuses in Kolkata, guiding them to create high-quality content, and helping them grow their following. You will also be working closely with brands to secure collaboration and sponsorship opportunities for our influencer network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify promising micro-influencers across various college campuses in Kolkata.
• Onboard creators onto Cerkle, guide them to post high-quality content regularly, and help them grow their following.
• Pitch to and coordinate with brands to secure collaboration and sponsorship opportunities for our influencer network.
• Oversee the smooth end-to-end execution of brand marketing plans and promotional strategies within the Cerkle ecosystem, ensuring maximum ROI for partners.
• Actively reach out to potential campus influencers via Instagram DMs, Cerkle DMs, and direct calls.
• Visit different college campuses to meet influencers face-to-face, build relationships, and understand campus trends.
• Audit creator profiles to ensure they are "brand-ready" so that collaborating companies get immense value from their investments.
