Jr. Account Executive

About the Role

In this Jr. Account Executive role at Chanvim Engineering India Pvt Ltd., you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day account activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely compliance with tax regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate records of client accounts, including invoices, payments, and credits.
• Process and reconcile transactions, ensuring timely compliance with tax regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving business growth through effective account management.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
