Embedded Software Engineer

About the Role

As an Embedded Software Engineer at CIEL HR, you will be responsible for designing and developing software for various embedded systems, including GPS, magnetometer, and pressure sensors. Your primary focus will be on creating efficient and reliable software for drone flight control systems, ensuring seamless navigation and autonomous mission execution. You will work closely with the development team to integrate low-level drivers and IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) data into the system.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop software for embedded systems, including GPS, magnetometer, and pressure sensors.
• Implement flight control algorithms and navigation logic for drone flight control systems.
• Develop low-level drivers for various sensors and devices.
• Integrate IMU data into the system for accurate navigation and control.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Test and debug software to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Document and maintain software code to ensure easy maintenance and updates.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in C, C++, or other programming languages relevant to embedded systems.
• Experience with embedded software development, including GPS, magnetometer, and pressure sensors.
• Knowledge of flight control algorithms and navigation logic for drone flight control systems.
• Familiarity with low-level drivers and IMU data integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
