About the Role
In this role as a SAP Basis Admin, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of SAP systems, ensuring their stability, security, and optimal performance. This includes tasks such as system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. You will also be involved in the maintenance and support of SAP modules, including S4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer SAP systems, ensuring they meet the required standards for security, stability, and performance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.
- Support and maintain SAP modules, including S4HANA, to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Perform system backups and recoveries to ensure business continuity.
- Configure and manage user access, permissions, and roles to ensure secure and efficient system use.
- Stay up-to-date with SAP software updates, patches, and new features to ensure the system remains secure and efficient.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement system changes.
Skills & Qualifications
- SAP administration and architecture knowledge.
- Experience with SAP NetWeaver and ECC systems.
- Knowledge of SAP modules, including S4HANA.
- System monitoring and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as SAP Basis Administration or SAP S4HANA.
