About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Network Support Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
As a Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our customers' network-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot LANs, VLANs, VPNs, devices, and DHCP servers.
- Utilize AI-powered tools or platforms in a technical support environment.
- Deliver strong customer service through strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Work towards networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, etc.
- Gain hands-on experience with core network technologies, including configuration and troubleshooting.
What You'll Need
- 0-2 years of experience in a technical support environment.
- Foundational awareness of AI concepts.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic understanding and hands-on experience with core network technologies.
