About the Role

As a Facilities Assistant Trainee, you will work closely with the Workplace Resources (WPR) team-the heartbeat of our physical and digital work environment.

We are responsible for creating inclusive, sustainable, and high-performing workspaces that empower Cisco employees to innovate and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Training on various administrative tasks such as Badge Issuance and coordination with employees.
• Maintenance of the reception area, conference rooms, café and other common areas.
• Respond to client inquires and concerns.
• Training on creation of work orders in the tool and request for resources for building and housekeeping services as needed.
• Training on upkeep of common area equipment to ensure efficiency.
• Training on event co-ordination.

What You'll Need

• Completed 3-year Non-Engineering degrees (B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM, BHM etc.)
• Must have graduated in 2025/2026 and should have Provisional Degree Certificate.
• Must be available for a period of 12 months starting Sept 2026
• Basic Knowledge of MS office tools
• Good communication skills, passion & desire to learn, Can do attitude, proactive engagement, solutions seeking & a team player.
• Must have enrolled as a student on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and have a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS.
