About the Role
As a Sales Operations Analyst Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic and high-performing sales team dedicated to driving growth and innovation within the commercial select client segment. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a thorough understanding of client requirements by collaborating with Virtual Sales Account Managers (VSAMs) and learn how tailored solutions are designed to meet customer needs.
You will also learn to support the creation of comprehensive solution presentations and Bills of Quantity (BOQ), ensuring all deliverables are reviewed and validated by the customer's Systems Engineer (SE) and appropriately handed over to VSAMs.
Additionally, you will assist the team in achieving and exceeding regional sales targets by supporting the development and execution of focused sales strategies that promote both renewals and new business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements and collaborate with Virtual Sales Account Managers (VSAMs) to design tailored solutions.
- Support the creation of comprehensive solution presentations and Bills of Quantity (BOQ) to ensure all deliverables are reviewed and validated by the customer's Systems Engineer (SE) and handed over to VSAMs.
- Assist the team in achieving and exceeding regional sales targets by supporting the development and execution of focused sales strategies.
- Work closely with senior leadership to define and execute impactful segment strategies, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Build strong C-level relationships and lead transformational deals that expand the account footprint through upselling and cross-selling.
- Support the team in creating and executing sales strategies that promote both renewals and new business expansion.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, or BBM from a recognized university.
- Good communication skills and the desire to learn with proactive engagement in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must have enrolled as a student on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and have a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS.
- Must have graduated in 2025/2026 obtained a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate.
