About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth company, market, and background research across Engineering, Healthcare, and Finance domains.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive company, industry and market research across Engineering, Healthcare and Finance domains.
• Perform business investigative research on potential organizations, companies, client and related industry stakeholders.
• Gather, verify, and analyze information from reliable online sources, databases, and public records.
• Review and summarize research findings into concise reports, articles and presentations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Utilize AI tools conducting research libraries on AI Tools.
• Review, edit, and humanize AI-generated content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and a natural tone.
• Draft professional emails, research summaries, and business communications.
• Maintain organized research databases, documentation, and records.
• Collaborate with Business Development and other internal teams by providing research-backed insights and recommendations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Ability to manage multiple research assignments while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
