About the Role
As a Sales Executive Proactive at Clarks Group of Hotels, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and negotiating deals to meet sales targets. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to understand their sales strategies and contribute to the development of new business initiatives. Your primary focus will be on proactive lead generation, client relationship management, and sales performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate deals and contracts with clients to meet sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the hotel's management team to understand sales strategies and contribute to the development of new business initiatives.
- Conduct sales performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, as set by the hotel's management team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in sales or business development.
- Certification in sales or business development, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation.
