Assistant Designer - AutoCAD

About the Role

As an Assistant AutoCAD Designer at Classique Elements LLP, you will play a crucial role in assisting the design team in creating detailed commercial kitchen layouts, MEP service drawings, and approval documentation. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the design team to bring commercial kitchen projects from initial layouts to final approval documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design detailed commercial kitchen layouts based on project requirements.
• Prepare accurate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) service drawings for the kitchen layouts.
• Create and manage necessary approval drawings and project documentation.
• Develop 3D walkthrough videos when required (flexible software choice based on your proficiency).
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in commercial kitchen design.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Autodesk Revit.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial kitchen design principles and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of 3D visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, Blender).
