About the Role

As an Hr Recruiter at Clogic Softtech, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for various roles within the organization. This involves creating job postings, managing job boards, and conducting interviews to find the best fit for our company. Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent for various roles within the organization
• Manage job postings, job boards, and job descriptions to ensure accurate representation of company roles
• Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the company
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn recruitment fundamentals and industry trends
• Basic MS Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in recruitment or human resources (optional)
