About the Role

As a Performance Marketing professional at Codewinglet Private Limited, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be on optimizing and analyzing online campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI for the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive conversions and revenue growth.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to identify areas of improvement.
• Optimize and refine ad targeting, ad copy, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with the target audience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Provide regular campaign performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Work with the data analytics team to develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Search Console, and Meta Pixel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.
