About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other marketing materials.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Proven customer service skills, with experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Strong knowledge of public relations principles and practices, including media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
